Persistence Pays Off. Having purchased our New house with Mike and Diane's help in April, we fully expected a similar quick and rapid experience in selling our "old" house in South Tampa. Who knew that interest rates would sky rocket and that the large size of our house would become impediments for a quick sell. Mike helped us get our house "show ready" and then market the house through his various internet real estate platforms. Having received our first offer that was unacceptable despite a couple of modifications, Mike kept us focused on trying to achieve our price goal but also cognizant of the market and financial forces that were working against us. Eventually, we received a second offer that proved to be the one that we accepted.
